Previously a marketing consultant specialising in SMEs and not for profit, co-founded Musicademy in 2003. Within its niche, the business is now the world's leading producer of DVD and online training resources for church based musicians.

Heads up marketing for Musicademy, much of which is conducted online. Edits the Musicademy blog, a free resource containing hundreds of video clips, articles and resources for people interested in contemporary worship music.

Lecturer and examiner of several Chartered Institute of Marketing courses as well as a variety of digital, emarketing and social media masterclasses for providers such as The Marketer's Forum, Student Support Group and CIM. Blogs on digital marketing for CAM (Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation) and has recently written an ebook on social media (www.usingconversationalmedia.com)
