TapeFailure is a new analytics tool which tracks visitor behaviour on your site, then allows you to watch their browsing in a video format.

TapeFailure is currently is beta, and, though it doesn't collect all the data that other web analytics software does, the video option provides an insight into what users actually do on your site.

Tapes can be viewed on site or downloaded for later viewing. Statistics provided include percentage of pages scrolled, the distance the mouse has been moved, average clicks per page, user sight focus, and so on.

In addition, this data can be displayed in graphs or heatmaps. The beta test is currently by invitation only, and pricing will start from $3.95 (£1.99) per month.

If you want to see how the service works, CenterNetworks has a video review of the site.
