  &lt;p&gt;It comes after a fall in the number of items being listed on&#160;eBay in the second quarter of the year, and will aim to address &lt;a href="/blog/1588-jesse-james-garrett-on-ajax-amazon-and-web-2-0"&gt;criticism of the site&#8217;s usability&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
