    &lt;li&gt;Growing use of video and multimedia - more companies are now adding video content to their websites, while others are attracting visitors and making sites more enjoyable by adding games and even virtual worlds. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;The study also concluded that too many US sites suffer from poor management, 'which leads to a strange mix of good content and terrible functionality.'&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Web 2.0 - the report didn't find too much evidence of Web 2.0 features, but did point out that much of this happens away from the corporate site. It cited Wal-mart's &lt;a href="http://checkoutblog.com/"&gt;Check Out blog&lt;/a&gt; as a good example of a frank and open blog. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
