About Me

Appointed head of search in August 2008 for the OMD Group to manage one of the largest as well as fastest growing search offerings in the UK with over 50+ search specialists within the team.

Responsibility increased to head of affiliates role in September 2009 to help grow our global award winning affiliate offering.

Previously I worked at The Search Works for almost 5 years playing a key part in the operations development within our account management teams. I'm a good all rounder with a passion for search and people.

I'm very proud of my achievements and what the companies i have worked within, notably The Search Works, have achieved in the past. From when Nick Hynes, Jim Brigden and Stephen Rust took over the business we never expected to see such huge growth and transformation. I was truly honoured to play my part in that exciting organisation.

Now at OMD, the journey continues. It's harder, bigger and scarier but the potential is massive and we are delivering to our huge potential fast. Amazing company, management, culture and we even to have a bit of fun now and then.
