I think that's really nice. Some great features - I liked the way the sizing option works for example, and everything is nicely spaced out and clear.
Two things I noticed though:
1) The despatch time doesn't show until you've selected a size. This looks like it's intentional, but there's no indication that that's how it works. I don't know, some people may get confused, especially when the rest of the page is so clear and intuitive.
2) The scroller held up the loading of the page. I get easily irritated when I can't click on something straight away because a page element is still loading. Others may have more patience though!
I like the product page a lot: nice clear calls to action in stand-out text, good product photos, price and delivery charges are made clear and has a very professional look.
I like the idea of the scroller bar displaying similar products, though I did encounter a problem when I tried to change the scroller view to fleeces. It didn't seem to load properly - I ended up with a greyed out screen and had to refresh the page to get out of it.

Hi Phil,
The product images are great, but the panel on the right is not so user-friendly. I would put the product information and specification in this panel, instead of having this information at the bottom of the page (below the fold on my computer). I think this is particularly important given the functional nature of this type of clothing. I would also put the 'other jackets' scroller at the bottom of the page so that it is separate from the product information.
'Change your scroller' view didn't work on my computer (perhaps its because I have Vista?) and as a customer, I'm also not sure why I would click on this link....
One final thing - I think the Add to shopping bag button is very cluttered with other information, which means the call to action is not as strong. I would redesign it so that the button stands out more, and move the free delivery & returns message outside the box.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for all the feedback. We're going to fix the scroller - nice idea but harder to get right.
I was a bit surprised with the feeling around the tech specs being moved to the bottom as Amazon are a typical example of doing this - i.e. people don't mind scrolling too much.
In any case, your feedback is added to the list for us to wade through. Many thanks again,
Phil

That's great to hear. Re: tech specs, although Amazon have this its not very common on clothing websites. Also its easier to compare different items by having the info higher up - but it's your call.
Good luck with everything!

We've just launched a new product page for our outdoor gear retailer webtogs e.g.: http://www.webtogs.co.uk/Berghaus_Paclite_Jacket_71.html
Would appreciate any feedback / observations from econsultancy forum readers as I know you're all pretty clued up!
