We are an organization of about 600 people that will be conducting online surveys on a regular basis of our customers.
The requirements are that we need to find something that can be hosted on our servers, is sql server or oracle compatible, offers the ability to create surveys in many different languages and places a high degree of emphasis on data security, as the data that we collect will be highly confidential.
Does anyone have any good recomendations for such software?

As David points out in his reply above we use Clicktools (http://www.clicktools.com/) and we would highly recommend them - excellent service, easy to use tool, reliable, flexible, stable. It's been very useful and productive for us.
