I wonder if anyone can help me..I need to understand the complexity of data protection rules globally compared to the UK. I do not need to cover any markets specifically, but need to present a global perspective. I wondered if anyone has any information the larger markets, i.e. US, Russia, Germany, Middle East, Australia, China, Canada, India and Japan? Or aternatively can direct me to someone that may know or a document etc, I have tried the obvious suspects DMA, IFO, IPA but no joy.
