Is anyone aware of any research that has been done into why a customer would choose not to shop online. Trying to understand the barriers to converting offline customers to online/multichannel

You might find the Royal Mail's Home Shopping Tracker report useful.
It covers why people do and don't buy direct / online. They've been running annually for many years now and it's always full of some great stats.
