Hi All
I'm deeply unhappy about ClickTracks Pro as it's been a major headache over the last year. It's broken yet again, and they seem very reluctant to come and see us to help fix it despite nearly a year's worth of issues.
So I may be in the market for some new stats software and would like some recommendations.
We run 12 websites in 6 different languages and I need all the normal in-depth information that most systems give. I'm going to start using Google Analytics anyway as the control package.
I need something that is easy to implement (we're on our 3rd server with clicktracks), as well as very straight-forward to set up and use. An intuitive interface is key, it won't just be me using it.
All help/links gratefully received.
Thanks
Charon

Take a look at Webtrends. A pretty helpful team and a good package, perhaps worth a look.

Charon,
You should have a look at Speed Trap (www.speed-trap.com) this package uses a unique tag which once inserted into the pages of your site never needs to change regardless of what information you want to collect from your site. So depolyment is easy and tag maintenance is almost non existent. All the configuration is controlled from the data collection end. This together with a dashboard that works on a star schemer this gives an enormously powerful tool to allow you to answer any business question you have about your site. The key is, from Speed Trap's point of view, that is it all about customer experience and enhancing that to improve conversion to your goals whatever they maybe. If you want to know more give me a shout :-)
Cheers
