For the second year running global marketing and technology agency LBi has been acknowledged as one of the top 20 best places to work at the Great Place to Work® Institute UK’s annual awards.
Ranked #19 in the large company category at the annual ceremony in London last night, LBi is the only digital agency included in the top 20, alongside brands including Microsoft and Capital One and ahead of firms including Mercedes Benz, Ernst & Young and IKEA.
The judges were particularly impressed with LBi’s strong culture and commitment to colleague development.
Last night’s success comes hot on the heels of LBi’s recent glory at the Scottish Great Place to Work® awards, where the agency ranked third overall in the top 10 medium to large sized businesses category, above organisations including Accenture, The Law Society of Scotland and Lomond Fine Foods.
These awards follow the recent appointment of Sophie Ling as Chief People Officer. Along with her People Team, Sophie is spearheading a series of initiatives aimed at making LBi a uniquely rewarding workplace capable of attracting and retaining a truly diverse range of talent across a variety of different disciplines.
Anil Pillai, UK CEO at LBi said: “As we become DigitasLBi, it’s even more important than ever that we maintain the real magic which is central to the success of our business and the great work we deliver for our clients. Therefore, we’re thrilled to be recognised as one of the top businesses in the UK and to have our culture, people and practices acknowledged once again by the Great Place to Work® Institute.”
The Great Place to Work® Institute independently conducts research in more than 45 countries to produce the world’s largest and most respected set of global and country specific studies of workplace excellence management and the role of trust in workplace culture.
