About Me
I'm a senior lecturer in marketing and e-marketing at a UK university and I've been involved in e-commerce in either practical, training, research or academic roles since 1996.
I am the author of 'Key Concepts in e-Commerce', 'Internet Marketing - a Practical Approach' 'the Digital Revolution', 'Choosing the Right Domain name' and co-author of 'Online Marketing - a Customer-Led Approach'.
