    This list is a good reference point. It might be helpful to differentiate between what works well in a B2B vs B2C offering. For instance, many of the promotions mentioned work with B2C but not in a B2B environment where most purhcases over a certain threshold have to go thru a purchasing approval process and/or purchasing department.

    Online Branding is also an important topic.
