<p>Not sure if you have managed to solve this but we'll be happy to take a look if required. </p>
<p>It sounds like a Search Engine accessibility issue that's possibly causing the pages to disappear from the rankings when the spider indexes from one source (possibly containing a broken link or poor navigation) and then re-appearing in the listings when indexed from another. </p>
<p>We work for large UK brands in extremely competitive sectors and can provide references from our client's senior online management if required. </p>
