I have got good information on how to deal with US domain ranking in Google.co.uk,, this has raised a step more in the volume of knowledge that I am having at this moment.

Haha, just read through this thread and was very happy to see Matthew's answer...which for most people is the right one.
However, having been exposed to the good, the bad and the ugly of SEO practice...it is true to say that the less you focus on quality content, the more you have to focus on tricking Google using all manner of quasi-technical goofery.
I am pretty sure that a number of gambling affiliates and the like are successful using three-way linking on their sites which feature garbled, keyword-packed but ultimately poorly written articles.
However, if they had the intelligence and patience to write genuinely interesting and valuable content, they would be able to circumvent this necessity and to focus on creating web content that Google thinks is WORTH indexing. If you do that, it's quite amazing how quickly you will leap-frog the sites full of nonsense...and when you think about it, that should come as no surprise.
