About Me
I have a background in marketing and am currently leading the customer research function for Scottish Enterprise. This includes prospect data management and development of systems and processes to deliver a single customer view for the organisation (easier said than done!). As a marketer I have led large multi channel campaigns for SE and in a former life I was a graphic designer.
