About Me
I am a very experienced digital marketing professional, with a broad background to draw on and a particular specialism in Web Analytics. I have over 20 years' experience in marketing, and have been in digital since 2000. Currently I am in charge of Web Analytics at Hargreaves Lansdown, a FTSE100 financial services company in Bristol. I have overall responsibility for Web Analytics strategy, reporting and insight.
Prior to joining Hargreaves Lansdown, I was Group Digital Analytics Manager at Dyson, setting analytics strategy and reporting on Dyson's global portfolio of websites. Before this, I was Content Director at Web Guru Asia, based in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. My work here included website development, SEO, Web Analytics, project management and a lot of viral marketing for clients including Singapore Airlines, Sony, Time Warner and Walt Disney. Amongst other projects, I led the winning pitch to build the first website for Hong Kong Disneyland and delivered a multi-award winning viral campaign for Malaysia Airlines.
