Agenda:
1. As the amount of information and data continues to grow, what strategies are in place to ensure that information is up-to-date, accessible and easily maintained? With the differing formats of Word files, PDF and plain text files how is it possible to ensure these are effectively searchable? What effect can this have on search results generally and more importantly search engine rankings?
2. Has content management now reached a plateau or is there more that we can expect from CMS and DMS systems? When considering updating a system how does an organisation ensure that it isn't starting from scratch in order to make further efficiencies? How do you decide on a system and what are the implications of implementation?
3. What impact is usability/accessibility having on Content management solutions and the people that manage the content? Are these systems more usable to marketers and staff with little knowledge of systems, HTML, XML and Flash? What support do systems have for the average marketer?
