Overview

An invitation-only event for managers of web, online marketing and e-commerce teams in large multi-channel organisation to discuss best practice, and key learnings, around how best to manage, and structure, the delivery of e-commerce.

This roundtable is based on research for a report "Managing an E-commerce Team: Integrating digital marketing into your organization" which will also specify guidelines on success factors in the areas of structure and integration, strategy, processes and skills.

We want to share best practice on managing the integration of the team with other parts of the organisation. We will produce a framework enabling benchmarking between organisations based on the stage of their development in managing different aspects of E-commerce.
