· Owner of L&G’s Intermediary digital assets, of the operating model, strategy and associated governance.
· Responsible for SEO optimisation, user experience and digital consultancy for the channel.
· Programme manager for L&G’s intermediary website rebrand, 7 of 9 websites delivered to date with supporting campaign and email assets. From conception to deliver within budget, agreed timescales and quality.
