About Me
My principle goal is helping the clients I work for increase their revenues and maximise the benefit they get from RedEye.
Over the last 8 years I have developed an account management team that offers the best service led approach in the web analytics industry, focusing on how to get our clients the best value from RedEye and get true return on investment from web analytics.
I am responsible for the P&L of the analytics and behavioural email section of the business, managing all costs and revenues, as well as the teams responsible for delivering the service to RedEye clients.
I have dedicated my time to taking the data available and developing new ways improving the understanding of online marketing, for example developing detailed media mix modelling to understand true media contribution.
My HR responsibilities for the department includes full education training programs for team skills development and personal development programs.
