I am a Marketeer with excellent mobile and published media marketing experience who enjoys user experience and usability. I love creating compelling customer experiences and solving users' problems through user experience design. At Yell I manage Sales Communications and the Customer Website to ensure a consistent brand experience through the channels we use to talk to our customers. In 2010 I completed a Masters Degree (MSc) in Computer Interaction Design, was awarded a First/ Distinction.
