Hi Ashley,
I know this is a couple of months late! - but I've only just registered with e-consultancy. Ezemail (www.ezemail.com) is a UK based email and SMS marketing solution which has a white label solution.

More than a couple of months late - the original post was in March 2003!
However, the latest version of Email Marketing Buyer's Guide 2005 is due for update this year so it is good to know who is out there.

Ya you forgot mobileStorm! www.mobilestorm.com. These guys are the next level of an email service provider. They provide a complete digital marketing platform for email, text messaging, voice and fax broadcast as well as RSS and blogs. They just raised a round of funding so I am sure you will start to hear more about them

Hi Ashley,
Ezemail (http://www.ezemail.com) also should be included. It offers a whitelabel solution as well as SMS marketing. It has offices in Australia and the UK.

Ooops! Looks like I'm at it again! By the way Ashley, how do you choose which vendors to list in your email-marketing-buyers-guide?

Don't forget Pure360. This offers a full whitelable solution and full collateral branding, enabling the agency to market it is as their own and many do. Apparently they have 8 of the top 20 digital agencies in the UK. Bearing in mind many will have built their own email distribution software, that's quite a big number.

SHOCKED you didn't list Pure360, we have over 150 agencies using our system white labeled and there is a dirty great sponsored link to the right of this post!!!!

Ashley
Your own buyers guide indicates whether the platform can be whitelabeled? I thought it did. Several on your list are not whitelabel capable in the true sense ie branded with the agencies look and feel so that should be more transparent. I think you may mean that agencies use some of these platforms in a full service model where the client does not see any part of the platform except for the newsletter and analytics. Please add Spinnakerpro to your list (Whitelabel list available offline)

Strange how a post from March 2003 (nearly 5 years ago now!) suddenly comes back to life with a flurry of replies... Wonder whether we've had a link from somewhere or suddenly shot up the search rankings?
In terms of our latest 'list' it is essentially those that are in our "E-mail Marketing Buyers Guide" which has 27 companies in it, including most of those (like Pure, SpinakerPro) who are complaining in this thread that they are not included - don't worry, you are.
