Genuine question - and I'd love to hear from the "horse's mouth" so to speak... Any replies appreciated.

Hi Will,
Mainly time.
I know we should, I know how we'd host it / optimise it etc.
But I guess it's not a big enough priority at the moment for us to spend the necessary time planning, scripting and filming.
(but I'd be surprised if we didn't have video by the end of 2011)
Hope that helps
Chloe

Thanks Chloë - that does help. Helps to know it's not the desire as such, but the day-to-day forces at work. -Will.

Video isn't a panacea, it works well for some sites and not so well for others.

Very true Justin. For sites like retail, training, internal communications - I think it adds a lot of value. But yes: not a panacea.
Will we get to video ubiquity nonetheless?
