for a swiss based Customer Experience Management company wanting to acquire business customers in the UK, I´m searching a UK based company that can manage the process of lead generation (screening of the market + get in contact with the decision makers + arrange the first appointment).
Hi Bo,
I've used Retriever (http://www.retriever.uk.com/) for a few years now and rate them. It always takes a while for any agency to really get under the skin of your product/pitch but Retriever did so quickly and started paying back with leads and appointments. Speak to Mark Young there who runs the show.
Regards
Charlie

Hi Bo,
I may be able to help. If I understand correctly, there are 2-3 parts to what you require.
1. List of leads
2. Contact leads to arrange appointment (email + telephone calls)
The first one is in essence what you can see at http://www.naxtech.com/products-email-marketing-data-b2b-b2c-uk.html while the second one is probably a combination of email marketing followed by telesales.
Assuming that the above is the sort of thing you'd be after please feel free to contact me at: denis at naxtech dot com
