We're currently in discussion with our clients about improving the quality of our reporting and what essential information clients need reported on every week.
We try to be as transparent as we can be with clients offering both monthly reports and less detailed weekly reports offering a camp[aign summary.
I'm interested in other companies / agencies views on exactly what information should be included in both a weekly / monthly report.
Thanks in advance.

Hi thereOn being 'Anonymous' or not... For your details to show anywhere on the site you need to have your profile visibility set to visible in the Members Directory which you can update in your account at http://econsultancy.com/account/profile/edit#profile_visibilty Our thinking was that if someone doesn't want to be visible then we shouldn't show their details anywhere, even in a forum reply or blog comment etc. You can have your profile visible and then still post anonymously if you want.Ashley
