I've launched a blog - http://knifecrime.blogspot.com. I witnessed a killing in a McDonalds restaurant. Although I tried to save the victim, it was hopeless.
This campaign, supported by the family, is to try to raise awareness and push for change that can tackle the current knife scourge in our society i.e. regular stabbings, carrying of knives and blatant .
Could any experts out there tell me how best to start getting it read, posts coming in? Mostly, I want to use information gathered via the blog to help drive the campaign. I'm not sure if the current blog style is appropriate. Reaching those with power to change things would be good (e.g. police, government).
One thing I was thinking of doing was launching a web page or two as a funnel to the blog - would that be more help, say, (than hindrance)?
I'd welcome your useful input and promotional tips etc! Many thanks.
