Job Description

This is a dedicated Affiliate Marketing function of the Collinson Group and is an offshoot of Vivid Lime, a full service digital marketing agency. It principally serves a range of internal client companies, together with external clients. The company has ambitious financial goals and in order to deliver these there will be a focus on maximising returns from existing business and winning new business, some of which may come from clients of Vivid Lime and other areas of the group.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

•    To identify, attract, and manage affiliates/webmasters within individual products lines
•    To identify new opportunities for growth, expansion and increased profitability
•    To build and maintain relationships in a network of web affiliates
•    To participate in new client pitches and proposal responses

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Prospect for new affiliates and webmasters, as well as working with existing lead sources
•    Create promotions and communications via email, message boards, and other sources to recruit and/or retain affiliates
•    Develop key campaign metrics to measure promotion success as well as other network wide metrics
•    Produce reports to agreed timescales to monitor program performance
•    Manage relationships with affiliates, answer queries, and be familiar with the needs of our network as well as the greater web publishing community
•    Assist in building public relations with publisher and advertiser communities
•    Ensure commission payments and network service charges are accurately calculated and maintained
•    Respond to affiliate and merchant queries as required

Candidate Requirements

•    Minimum 6+ months experience of affiliate programs
(We will consider candidates who are self starters who have their own website(s) and have been marketing that site)
•    Agency experience preferred
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills, confidence and comfort on the phone a must
•    Knowledge of HTML a distinct advantage
•    Must be a self-starter and be comfortable working both independently as well as with others
•    Must be able to seize opportunities whenever and wherever they may present themselves
•    Familiarity with affiliate site building process including white labeling, product feeds, etc
•    Knowledge of other Digital Marketing services (PPC, SEO, etc) would be advantageous
•    Basic PhotoShop skills also an advantage
