<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br />Your main responsibility will be to support Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Tasks are likely to be many and varied, typical examples include:<br />• Desk research<br />• Competitor analysis<br />• Performance evaluations<br />• Helping to develop strategic recommendations<br />• Assisting with campaign implementation<br />• Preparing and delivering presentations<br />• Some client liaison</p>

<p><strong>Your abilities and skills:</strong><br />To be a good Associate Consultant you will need these basic skills: fully computer literate, highly numerate, strong writing abilities, quick learner, good at negotiating, comfortable managing third parties and a valid passport. However, to be an exceptional Associate Consultant you will also need:<br />• An inquisitive nature – ability to research, understand, evaluate opportunities and solve problems<br />• Be self motivated and able to work without close supervision, managing your own workload<br />• Comfortable developing and discussing your own ideas<br />• Comfortable presenting and selling ideas to clients</p>
<p><br /><strong>Your qualifications and experience</strong><br />• A Marketing focused Degree (CIM qualifications would also be an advantage)<br />• A minimum of two years experience working in interactive marketing in one or more of the following areas: Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Online Retail, Entertainment & Media or Financial Services<br />• Experience working either client side or in an agency/consultancy<br />• Experience of most major online marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, email, affiliates, advertising etc)<br />• Knowledge of online measurement and metrics (web analytics)<br />• Understanding of online systems and processes (ecommerce, CRM etc)<br />• Experience of specifying websites and content briefs would be a distinct advantage<br />• Although we are not looking to fill a technical role a basic understanding of online technologies would be an advantage (HTML, XML, etc)</p>
