<p>At 3, we’re already leading the way in the mobilisation of the internet. Now we’re looking to lead the way in online retailing too. In fact, we’re passionate about taking our online sales to a whole new level, and you’ll be at the forefront of making it happen.</p>
<p><strong>All about the role</strong></p>
<p>This is a newly-formed team with a clear remit to drive sales, so it’s vital that we’re always on the ball in terms of looking at which initiatives work well for us, and which don’t. And that’s where you come in. In this generalist role, you’ll monitor and report on our online sales activity, looking at trends, patterns and results to inform our future sales strategies and shape our propositions. Then, liaising with our marketing team, you’ll help to bring those strategies and propositions to life. But this isn’t just about how we do things here at 3. We’ll expect you to keep one eye on the wider marketplace so we can always stay one step ahead of the competition. </p>

<p>You’re already working for a big name in the e-commerce arena, so it goes without saying that you’re very switched on when it comes to all aspects of online retailing. We’ll also be looking for a genuine interest in competitor analysis – you’ll look at how well our offering stacks up against our competitors before coming up with ways for us to go one better. Experience of commercial deals and negotiations is important, and you’ll be confident in interpreting usage behaviour data. This is a new role, so if you can bring plenty of drive and initiative, there’ll be every opportunity for you to make it your own. </p>
