You will manage top-tier clients and maintain continuous proactive dialogue with clients to ensure that their needs are being met by Lyris' technology and services. You will learn and understand clients' businesses, identify and capitalize on digital marketing opportunities, and then translate the opportunities into technical solutions and services. You will proactively ensure that clients are satisfied with their email/online marketing program results. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Primary Responsibilities: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Manage a portfolio of dedicated clients&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Provide leadership for clients in understanding business objectives and recommend online marketing/campaign strategies to achieve those goals &lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Coordinate company resources in London, Canada and California to deliver projects and ongoing marketing campaigns for customers&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Coordinate resources from external suppliers and freelancers to deliver projects and ongoing marketing campaigns for customers&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Develop strong relationships with clients to maintain ongoing revenue stream and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Support, Deliverability, Professional Services, and Consulting Services, both within the UK and in the USA, to provide services required to meet client program expectations&lt;br /&gt;&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160; Provide insight on clients' needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent clients' views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization&lt;/p&gt;</description-formatted>
