<p>Joining a major high street fashion retailer as the head of e-commerce, you will take full ownership of all online sales for a minimum of 12 months. Managing a great team of online marketing/e-commerce professionals and working along side your colleagues in the buying/retail/offline marketing teams you will oversee continued growth in online sales through targeted traffic acquisition, excellent onsite experience to increase AOV and conversion and targeted email/crm promotions.</p>
