&lt;p&gt;Continued business growth at Base One and an increasing portfolio of clients has created the need to grow the Client Services Team to ensure that we continue to provide a high quality account management to all our clients, current and future.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Purpose of the Job&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To effectively manage marketing communications projects for particular clients (from briefing to implementation), taking responsibility for the service levels of these accounts to ensure client satisfaction. &#160;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Managing all job handling procedures up to the point of invoicing.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Developing strong business relationships with particular clients.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Formulating realistic plans to deliver the work on time and on budget:&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce accurate client estimates for each project&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Produce clear and achievable schedules for each project&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Write clear and inspiring creative briefs for each project&#160;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the clients through the project process&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the creative team through the project, ensuring the work is on brief, on time and on budget (i.e. external costs and time costs do not exceed estimate)&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Provide feedback to the Client Director on progress towards objectives&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Demonstrate sound control of costs, both agency time costs and external costs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the forecast is kept continually up to date&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Brief the creative team, face to face&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Meet with clients to present all creative work&lt;/li&gt;
