  <description-formatted>&lt;p&gt;ChannelAdvisor is expanding its sales team and is seeking a Key Account Manager to join its Central London team.&#160; The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of online retail accounts and is ultimately responsible for the overall success of the client relationship as well as the client's success with ChannelAdvisor products and services.&#160; The Account Manager strives to ensure a positive ROI for our customers in addition to identifying ways in which they would benefit from additional products and services in a strategic and consultative capacity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Attainment of set revenue goals &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Up-selling appropriate products and services &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reporting (weekly) revenue projections to the Director of Account Management for set accounts &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Developing and maintaining relationships within key accounts and
ensuring customer satisfaction across all products and services provided&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring that accounts maximize the value from ChannelAdvisor&#8217;s software platform(s) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining high renewal rate for key accounts &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimizing terminations of key accounts &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Driving the ChannelAdvisor relationship to the executive level within set accounts&lt;/li&gt;
