&lt;p&gt;The position requires working within budget constraints, data analysis and forward thinking strategic planning. The role will be pivotal in assisting Flight Centre's retail stores to attract new customers as well as retain existing customers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The role provides exposure to key aspects of marketing including development of POS collateral and strategies, business reporting and financial planning. You will be required to roll out integrated campaigns by working closely with the Online and Offline marketing teams. Communication skills and creative thinking are vital to the success of the role. At times you will be required to work using your own initiative to the exacting standards expected by the Marketing management team, as well as pulling together to work as part of the Offline Marketing team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible to:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Identify and evaluate new advertising and Point of Sale opportunities to increase enquiry to Flight Centre UK &#160;businesses. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Recognise and implement ad hoc requests from stores or external sources which will benefit those stores. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with the Offline Marketing Manager to deliver local/regional marketing plans, including direct mail to key customers to further enhance the &#8216;local' store philosophy of Flight Centre. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create and distribute all communication material used in store and ensure stores actively use POS material. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the roll out of new creative concepts for both in-store POS and window frontage. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Communicate store uniformity and branding to all&#160;staff members&#160;and stores throughout the UK. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist the Offline Marketing Manager with the implementation of the 12 month Direct Marketing plan. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure that the ROI improves with every DM campaign. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with the Offline Marketing Manager to produce&#160;joint marketing&#160;proposals that meet with partners objectives whilst driving Flight Centre's key strategies. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with merchandising team to ensure joint marketing proposals are delivered as per agreed timelines. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Conduct post campaign analysis and produce meaningful reports to be distributed both internally and back to the joint marketing partner. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven understanding of retail marketing - An essential part of the role is to understand retail and how to deliver marketing opportunities that will have an impact in the stores. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing environment - Retail and marketing experience is crucial but paramount is the ability to influence how we deal with acquiring and retaining customers. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to develop and implement retail marketing plans. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Project planning experience &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
