&lt;li&gt;Ensure Strategic plans are in place for each function in the Marketing Department (Media and Communications, Marketing, Website and Internal Communications) with clear objectives, performance measures and monitoring and evaluation systems&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the Website is developed in all aspects. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure the development and implementation of Marketing and Brand strategy which is integrated into all aspects of the business &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead, identify and initiate new opportunities to maximise the impact and effectiveness of all marketing and communication. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Devise and maintain a strategy and advise on media relations (Risk management) &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Lead processes and actions to ensure work carried out within the Department is to agreed quality standards. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain the reputation of&#160;the organisation&#160;through overseeing the marketing and communications output, ensuring consistently high standards in all aspects of marketing and communications across the business. &lt;/li&gt;
