They want a fast and efficient online customer experience from a company that cares about them and always goes the extra mile - and that’s exactly what they get As a Marketing Effectiveness Manager your main responsibilities will involve: <ul> <li></li> <li>Delivering a step change in our online marketing capability to deliver significant additional sales</li> <li>Working with in house SEO, Affiliate, Display, Email and Search experts to improve all aspects of online marketing effectiveness</li> <li>Working closely with the senior e-Marketing management team in developing the long-term online marketing strategy</li> <li>Initiating improvements in sales performance and cost efficiency</li> <li>Launching new marketing/media channels</li> <li>Working with creative and other marketing agencies</li> <li>Working with in house designers to produce new engaging and effective creative work</li> </ul> As a Marketing Effectiveness Manageryour skills and qualifications will ideally include: <ul> <li>Experience of online marketing, project and change management</li> <li>The ability to create clear and considered strategies and then implement them</li> <li>A proven record of meeting and exceeding targets in a challenging sales environment</li> <li>Experience within proposal development, presentation delivery, negotiation and contract discussions</li> <li>Understanding of new media opportunities and how best to utilise them</li> </ul> What we will be looking for in you: Ideally you’ll be someone with a passion and understanding of all online media and web platforms.
