The Role: · Development and execution of aggressive new business growth strategy · Building & leading high performance sales teams · Profiling, selecting, engaging and winning client targets that will deliver win/win profitable growth· Create a culture of strategic excellence, developing strategic advantage and seeking opportunities for future development· Accountable for delivery of the company new business targets
