&lt;p&gt;Working alongside the Online Marketing Manager to drive year on year growth in the online channel, this position will be responsible for managing and updating the content of the website, maximising and optimising online sales and setting up all email HTML, including tracking, sending and collating.&#160;&#160; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Accountabilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Web Content Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Create, manage and upload all product content of Crew Clothing website&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Ensure all web content is copy edited and proof read to a high standard&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Manage and update the website with new content and/or imagery on a regular basis to keep it refreshed and up to date&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Ensure images, copy &amp;amp; links are all working and linking correctly&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Liaise with Marketing &amp;amp; Merchandising teams to ensure product content is correct &amp;amp; up to date&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Liaise with Merchandising to ensure products are featured, listed and merchandised to drive maximum sales&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Monitor, browse and test website frequently to ensure all links, functionality, content and pages are working seamlessly and work with the Ecommerce provider to resolve any irregularities or issues&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Regularly check and manage stock status on the site and work with Merchandising to make updates, manage stock levels and optimise online sales&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Maintain accurate store listings details, events and article pages&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Set up and track all offer codes used in conjunction with emails and online offers and track usage results&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Update website/blog with new keyword rich content such as articles on a regular basis&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Email Marketing:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Create banner advertising imagery for online marketing with affiliate / third party websites&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Assist with the coordination of content, links, testing &amp;amp; loading&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Social Media:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Explore and keep up to date with advances and opportunities in social media&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;-&#160; Assist with the creation and content of social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter, updating them frequently and monitoring all customer feedback&lt;/p&gt;
