<p>Whilst the focus here is on using the internet to drive sales through mass distribution, exactly how we do that will be down to you. This is about coming up with promotional ideas and initiatives that are uniquely 3, and which offer a fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Then, after you’ve come up with your propositions, you’ll put a business case forward and deliver on it. It will certainly be a challenge – you’ll need to convert your promotions into high volume sales. But at the same time, it’s an exceptional opportunity to flex your creative muscle and make a significant contribution to our future growth and success. </p>

But because your responsibilities will be end-to-end, your knowledge should extend to supply chains, pricing and marketing too. Project management skills are obviously essential, and with experience in a major online retailer, you’ll have a really good understanding of online technologies. Most importantly of all, you’ll relish the chance to take ownership of your initiatives and make them a resounding success for our business. </p>
