    &lt;li&gt;Primary responsibility for search marketing and online display ad campaigns. Achieve registrant and subscriber goals and cost targets for these marketing programmes.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;May also oversee email list rentals and affiliate acquisition programmes.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Manage our online advertising agency day-to-day to ensure effective programme execution, adherence to strategic direction and timely program measurement.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Develop display ad and search marketing annual plans.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Help develop and execute a sophisticated, ongoing testing programme for display ads and email prospecting.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Monitor results of all marketing programs and analyse performance to find opportunities for improvement.&lt;/li&gt;
