Our continued success has created the need for a dedicated manager responsible for our online marketing. This exciting new position will give the successful applicant the opportunity to make the role their own. Founded in 2002, Pia Jewellery is a multi-channel success story. Passionate about creative styling and craftsmanship we source jewellery and accessories from all over the world to ensure we maintain a unique and market-leading range. We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to take ownership of our website and develop and implement the strategy to grow this channel in line with overall company objectives. With full P&L responsibility you will be part of the company management team, reporting to the MD; your success will be measured by online sales growth and profit contribution, as well as customer database growth, exploitation of online data, and marketing channels traffic and conversion. You will also be confident in using Web analytics such as Google analytics or similar. The successful candidate will have an impressive track record from a retail e-commerce environment. You will be a self-starter and team player, able to think strategically as well as work hands-on. Last but not least you’ll need to be passionate about our jewellery and our brand, sensitive to our customers and brand values.
