We are now recruiting for an Online Portal Analyst to sit within the new Online Business Unit, carrying out detailed analysis of online data and reviewing customer experience to drive enhancements to Vodafone.co.uk. Support the day to day running of the website and campaigns to drive usage of online. Anticipate and understand the impact of smaller changes on the website on a day to day basis, focusing on maximising usage of traffic to key areas of site and how customers can be retained on the site and directed to a purchase or service conclusion.

Candidate Requirements
• Understanding of metrics packages, ideally webtrends and how to mine detailed data from available reports
• Understanding and appreciation of best practice online user experience
• Proven experience in managing the delivery of projects of any description
• Experience of working directly with online creative designers and technical developers
• Proven experience of working in cross-functional, multi-site, virtual teams
