Your know-how will have a huge impact on its continued success. About the role The Lloydspharmacy.com store already features scores of categories from healthcare and medicines to toiletries and electricals. You’ll own the entire product range, developing the assortment proposition and creating the overall merchandising strategy. And whether you’re planning the expansion of the range, improving the search and merchandising functionality or creating and executing a well-integrated promotional strategy, you’ll consult widely with key stakeholders and collaborate closely with colleagues. The result? You’ll increase conversion ratios, the value of average orders and our margins. About you Customer-focused and commercially astute, you’ll already be proving your worth in a similar merchandising role. It’s a background that will have given you a wealth of experience in e-commerce development, and in delivering search and navigation enhancements. What’s more, you’ll have shown you’re a skilled planner and organiser who also knows how to motivate others. Now you’ll be looking for a higher profile and the chance to use your flair for analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement to the full.
