You’ll achieve it by developing the kind of sales propositions and marketing strategies that will win the repeat business of existing customers, and the hearts and minds of new ones. It won’t be easy – we’re looking to grow our online sales substantially so there’ll be high visibility and tough targets to meet. But if you can rise to the challenge, this is a great opportunity to shape a key part of our business, and to make 3 one of the most highly regarded names in online retail.</p>

You know all about the latest online retailing trends – where things are going next and how to keep customers coming back for more. You’ll also have plenty of tricks up your sleeve when it comes to increasing conversion rates though things like SEO, PPC and traffic drivers. You’re a natural communicator and, because this is a start-up team, we’ll be looking for outstanding people management and development skills. </p>
