  <description-formatted>&lt;p&gt;Steak, one of the UK&#8217;s leading digital marketing agencies (clients including British Gas, Swiftcover and John Lewis), is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and organisationally minded individual to take on the role of Receptionist, PA and Entertainment Officer to the MD and Deputy MD.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a multi-faceted and varied role which will afford the right candidate the opportunity to immerse themselves in the day to day of the company and gain experience across a wide range of fundamental disciplines. &#160;&#160;&#160; &#160;For example, the position will involve operating and maintaining reception, PA duties, including diary management and scheduling meetings, and assisting with facilities/ office admin. The role will also involve co-ordinating social events and staff training as well as basic HR admin. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate will be confident, conscientious and self-motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills.
