Senior Manager E-Commerce, Online Media
Up to £60,000
Location: Cardiff (including relocation)

HBOS is one of the UK’s largest online banks and as a Senior E-Commerce Manager within the Credit Card E-Commerce team, you will have the opportunity to achieve both business and personal success.

You will be responsible for all aspects of relationships with media owners, networks and agencies, as well as for the channel P&L which is supported by a £5million budget.

Developing strategic initiatives to drive improvements in performance of the channels, you will forge strong relationships with relevant departments at the retail business level and within cards, to ensure the success of initiatives. You will also take complete ownership of the analytics and key metrics in order to challenge assumptions and practices and drive improvements.
 
As a senior member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of experienced online sales and marketing experts, and creating a culture that will aid delivery of ambitious business goals.
 
Candidates will need to have the right to work in the UK.

Candidate Requirements

Skills and experience required:
• Experience of managing third parties and negotiating commercial arrangements in the online environment;
• Detailed knowledge of all online media (e.g. PPC, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Aggregators, Display);
• Experience of managing multi-million pound budgets;
• A passion for digital marketing and the ability to develop and deliver a strategic vision;
• Strong leadership, motivating and coaching skills;
• Financial literacy with experience of managing customer value metrics; 
• Experience of channel profitability management and analysis.
