&lt;li&gt;Explaining results in a way that clients can
     understand&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively questioning unexpected results
     and/or issues and providing the client with an explanation&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively optimising and/or contacting media
     owners to optimise campaigns where results show a skew towards one or more
     creatives and/or placements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trafficking&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To
     be able to traffic all types of display ads on Atlas/Dart/TZ (whichever ad
     server is necessary)&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To be able to setup and test a new client,
     campaign, media placement, together with tracking tags where necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To identify tracking mechanisms needed for a
     new campaign, and inform/provide the client as necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Planning and Buying &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to produce well thought through plans
     with clear insight and rationale that can be sold in to clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to see additional opportunities
     internally with clients not currently using other media&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to evaluate and interrogate media
     owner deals&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to negotiate larger scale deals with
     media owners looking for additional value &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Industry knowledge&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Creating longer term working relationships
     with media owners.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiating effective deals for each client,
     for the best return possible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Showing an interest in the industry and media
     opportunities available, and sharing this information with the team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Learning the metrics and benefits of the
     affiliate market, and how each media type impacts each other.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tools and systems&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

     serving, planning, research, reporting&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Ability to effectively and confidently
     communicate with everyday client contacts/client services colleagues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to sell in new ideas with clear
     rationale and justification on a results basis &lt;/li&gt;

     with clients&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
     when the need arises and escalate as necessary&lt;/li&gt;
