Planning, designing, implementing and managing Group web architecture, infrastructure and web development. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Identification of key technology and market trends identifying impact on e-strategy providing appropriate analysis and recommendation. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Define, implement and monitor the technical web architecture required to support the proposed Group web e-strategy ensuring fit with wider Group IT strategy &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Build infrastructure capable of supporting long term Group web approach in conjunction with business partners to including CMS and hosting services &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Create plans for the implementation of authorised new applications and infrastructure support, identifying budgetary, technical and staffing challenges clearly listing costs and expected benefits &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Oversee the initial development of how the core system is exposed online and be responsible for ongoing functionality development and the maintenance &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Establish impact of new technologies and market trends on e-strategy and produce considered detailed recommendations for strategy change as required &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Acting as lead developer, manage team of two internal developers as well as business partner ensuring development is on time and on budget &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
