My client is one of the UK’s fastest growing insurance companies. As an online only insurer they strive to lead the market in website sales and service. To help them achieve this they are recruiting a Website Manager/Interaction Designer to join their established team in their new offices in Cobham, Surrey – a short train ride from Waterloo and close to the A3/M25. Working within their Ecommerce team this is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge web experiences/user interface design within a rapidly growing company in which your efforts will have a direct impact with real results. Your work will focus primarily on management and development of new digital services. Supporting our existing Website Manager you will: <ul> <li>Develop and deliver online customer experience strategy for specific projects</li> <li>Research and develop online customer requirements</li> <li>Develop working prototypes that create exceptional customer experiences</li> <li>Collaborate closely with in-house creative, usability, marketing, technical and underwriting teams</li> <li>Ensure work is delivered on time to a high level of quality within an Agile process</li> </ul> You will also be expected to contribute to on-going website maintenance and development, making sure we lead the field in everything we do.
